Alison has broad experience in management of both the public and private spheres.Her formal qualifications include B.Sc (Soil Science and Pharmacology), an MBA specialising in International Business and additional qualifications in Psychology. Alison has managed manufacturing companies, developed novel (and patentable) processes as well as importing and distributing products in Australia.

Lloyd is a materials engineer with more than 25 years experience in design and manufacturing of polymer based products. CAD/FEA experience in medical, automotive and industrial applications. Design, prototype and manufacture of automotive, medical and Industrial; - retractable needle syringes, composite panels, automotive trim, electrical components… Design and manufacture of specialty machinery incl. surface treatment of polyolefins. 'Hands on' experience with virtually all polymer processes extrusion, injection moulding, blow moulding, vacuum forming and reactive processing. Components from 1 gram to 10T in weight Up to 3,200t Injection Moulding Machines, 30T tooling Project management experience with multi-million dollar Automotive Programs. Factory relocations in Australia and overseas. Designed, built and commissioned complete greenfields, turnkey manufacturing facilities.
