There are many methodologies for Total Quality Management and Continuous
Improvement, more acronyms and even more consultants telling you what to do. At
SIPlas Pty Ltd we believe that these are all simply tools to help your stakeholders
achieve the desired outcomes. We think the fundamental is to ‘Eliminate Waste’. If the
work you do and materials you use are the minimum required to meet or exceed your
customers’ expectations, your business has every opportunity to be profitable.
(Completely ‘No Waste’ and you will have no environmental problems either!) Of course
this is a continuous improvement process. You may already be satisfying your
